Supporting the Client-Sberbank online banking system in seven regions

Project goals

  • To provide centralized maintenance of the Client-Sberbank online banking system for 22,000 corporate customers (legal entities) of the Volga-Region Bank of Sberbank of Russia
  • To ensure the reliability of key IT systems and increase customer satisfaction

Project implementation

Asteros won the open tender to provide operational support to the Volga-Region Bank of Sberbank of Russia's Client-Sberbank automated customer service system.

Currently, the Asteros team is installing and updating the system and processing an average of 700 support tickets from the bank's customers per month. According to the terms and conditions of the Service Level Agreement (SLA), service engineers from Asteros handle standard requests within 16 hours and urgent requests within 8 hours.

The bank's request management system is integrated with the Asteros Service Desk. This makes it possible to provide customers with a high level of service and fast response time.

Project results

Service engineers from Asteros provide high-quality, efficient maintenance of the Client-Sberbank automated system for 22,000 corporate customers of the Volga-Region Bank of Sberbank of Russia located in seven regions.

It's important for our corporate customers that remote banking services are carried out without interruption. The centralization of services helps us to reduce expenses on supporting the system .
