The work of the Asteros Group’s Quality Management Department stands out thanks to its comprehensive approach to problem-solving and its consistent quality control of company services. As far as quality assurance is concerned, the Group’s policy is to continuously work to perfect the level of service and increase customer satisfaction.

The Quality Management System at Asteros

The Group’s quality assurance system rests on the application of a process approach to management and quality management principles and is directed towards achieving targets and tasks in the quality sphere in order to satisfy the demands of all parties concerned, and primarily those of our clients.

Process and system approach

The process approach to the organization of work in the Group allows us to coordinate the work of various subdivisions within Asteros. Clear distribution of responsibility between subdivisions helps the Group operate as an efficient unit and guarantees high-quality services for clients.

At Asteros internal audits are conducted on a regular basis in all subdivisions with the aim of monitoring the quality of our work and the efficiency of our activities.

Constant improvement

The expansion of our quality control system is one of Asteros’ strategic activities and is focused on improving the work of the Group as a whole. We are always perfecting business processes, forming new links with suppliers and customers, and raising our personnel skill level.

Quality Management Service

A quality management system has been in place within the Group since 2003 and is based on the ISO 9001:2000 standard. In 2004, Asteros was successfully certified as conforming to this standard. In 2007, Asteros was successfully recertified by the VNIIS (Russia’s official national certification body) and proved once again that its quality system met the requirements of the standard. In 2008, SGS International Certification Services SA recognized and certified that the quality system at Asteros conformed to the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
